Darrel is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who offers over 15 years of experience working in the safety field for specialty contractors in the Puget Sound region. Joining Auburn at a particularly critical time, Darrel will be committed to the review and evaluation of workplace safety recommendations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, incorporating the latest information into Auburn Mechanical’s safety policies, and procedures. He will also work with company leadership on the firm’s return-to-work policy and safety guidelines for Auburn Mechanical’s main campus and satellite offices.
Bud started plumbing as a plumbing apprentice in 2001 and progressed to Foreman in 2006. Starting in 2010, Bud transitioned to the detailing department. He has detailed projects in numerous markets such as healthcare, residential, mixed-use, office, and industrial.
As construction operations manager, Willy brings over 28 years’ experience in the industry. He oversees the day-to-day operations of Auburn Mechanical and the success of our projects. His involvement with project selection, engineering, detailing, estimating, project support, and leadership has provided a consistent project delivery process. Willy’s goals are to exceed the customer’s expectations while instrumenting the growth of Auburn Mechanical to meet the future needs of our clients and industry.
Jerome was hired by Auburn Mechanical in 2007 and has worked in the Mechanical Contracting industry for 20 years. He has had responsibilities and experience in a wide range of piping and mechanical projects including healthcare, industrial, commercial, and tenant improvements.
Brien’s business experience began in 2006 with Skanska USA Building while being enrolled in the Construction Management and Finance degree programs at Washington State University. He continues today as part of our team involved in some of the company’s most complex and fast-paced projects.
Samarah has 10 years of industry experience and has been with Auburn since 2013. She calculates project costs in conjunction with the overall design objectives of the project. During construction, she will serve as an expense-tracking resource to ensure directives and decision making benefit from real-time construction cost estimating and big-picture financial understanding.
Randy has worked on a wide variety of projects including, University of Washington Husky Stadium, 400 Dexter Shell and Core, Continental Mills Headquarters, and the Naval Fleet Region Readiness Center. He brings extensive experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing design. With over 10 years in the industry, he has engineered numerous projects ranging from laboratory exhaust fans to VRF to central plant two-pipe changeover systems. He provides knowledge in code regulations and intent, and industry design standards.
Justin is Auburn’s Construction Division Manager. He is responsible for managing and supporting project managers, implementing and improving processes, and providing input on short and long-term strategic goals.
