Darrel is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) who offers over 15 years of experience working in the safety field for specialty contractors in the Puget Sound region. Joining Auburn at a particularly critical time, Darrel will be committed to the review and evaluation of workplace safety recommendations associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, incorporating the latest information into Auburn Mechanical’s safety policies, and procedures. He will also work with company leadership on the firm’s return-to-work policy and safety guidelines for Auburn Mechanical’s main campus and satellite offices.
Joan leads Auburn’s IT department and provides leadership training.
Will is responsible for heading strategic initiatives involving technology.
Jerome was hired by Auburn Mechanical in 2007 and has worked in the Mechanical Contracting industry for 20 years. He has had responsibilities and experience in a wide range of piping and mechanical projects including healthcare, industrial, commercial, and tenant improvements.
Stephanie is responsible for overseeing Auburn Mechanical’s financial strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, and IT departments.

Jason brings 10 years’ experience as a superintendent to Auburn and over 26 years of commercial HVAC experience. Jason has expertise in detailing, tracking hours, managing and installing commercial projects. He is extremely skilled in all aspects of running projects of varying sizes and is capable of communicating with customers, contractors, and management.
Don has over 19 years of experience in the mechanical industry. He has a wide variety of experience ranging from complex rigging work to technical chemical/nuclear projects including numerous projects with The Boeing Company.
Jordan has been part of Auburn’s team since 2005, first as a field foreman and then over ten years as a superintendent providing extensive experience on tenant improvement and new construction projects. His outstanding leadership ability, industry expertise, and experience working on complex projects are invaluable to project teams
John joined the Auburn Mechanical team in 2012 and has been in the construction and facility services field for more than 25 years. He specializes in partnering with building owners, property managers, and tenants to help them efficiently operate buildings, develop customized preventive maintenance programs that lower energy costs, lower downtime, and prolong equipment and asset life. His responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the Service Department, expanding services and capabilities, and developing business opportunities.
