Brien’s business experience began in 2006 with Skanska USA Building while being enrolled in the Construction Management and Finance degree programs at Washington State University. He continues today as part of our team involved in some of the company’s most complex and fast-paced projects.

Justin has been with Auburn Mechanical for 6 years. He started with the company as the Construction Division Manager, then transitioned into Director of Construction where he provided strategic oversight to Auburn’s Construction Division.

Justin was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2024. In this role, Justin is concentrated on refining the company’s project delivery model for enhanced customer experience; translating strategic goals into operational reality; driving engagement among key stakeholders; maintaining operational efficiency; and continuing to nurture a company culture where employees feel valued, engaged, and inspired to reach new heights of success.

Kim joined Auburn Mechanical in 1992. With numerous roles in the company as both project manager and estimator; his main position as materials manager plays a strategic part in the success of our projects. With minimizing the risk of price inflation, standardizing materials, and researching new products, he keeps within budget and on schedule by overseeing the schedule of deliveries. A graduate of the University of Washington, Kim has a BA in Business Administration and has been certified through the MCA Project Manager Program.

Stacy has worked at Auburn Mechanical since 1976. In that time, she has held many different positions including project manager and estimator. She stays current on industry standards through her involvement in the Mechanical Contractors Association and the Washington State Plumbing Advisory Board. Stacy’s responsibilities at Auburn Mechanical include providing leadership, direction, and support for day-to-day operations. She also oversees our strategic commitment to maintaining the strong infrastructure that’s made Auburn Mechanical a leading full-service mechanical contractor.
