MEET OUR TEAM
Diversity Commitment
Fostering diversity of experiences and ideas.
Building a diverse workforce takes time and is time well invested. As a women-owned contractor the importance of advocating for women, minorities, veterans, and other disadvantaged groups is at the forefront of our efforts.
Auburn President, Stacy Johnson, leads by example as the first female president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington (MCAWW), having served as chair in the MCAA’s Women in the Mechanical Industry (WiMI) Committee, and by sponsoring emerging leaders through the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Seattle’s development series.
To support workforce development, Auburn has contributed to pre-apprenticeship programs, including donating essential safety gear and tools to ANEW (Apprenticeship & Nontraditional Employment for Women). Additionally, we partner with Helmets to Hard Hats to recruit candidates for union apprenticeship programs.

Auburn Mechanical Foundation
Building our communities.
The Auburn Mechanical Foundation’s purpose is to address specific critical community needs, contributing to a strong, more resilient community while advocating and advancing under-represented populations, with a specific focus on hunger, housing, education, and well-being.
At our core, we believe in the power of community, the support of family, and the opportunity to give back.
