Auburn Mechanical Hires First CFO

Auburn Mechanical has hired Stephanie Andersen as chief financial officer. CFO is a new position for Auburn Mechanical and is an important step forward as the company continues to anticipate steady growth throughout the next several years. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing Auburn Mechanical’s financial strategy, as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, and IT departments.

“This is a necessary position as we grow,” said President Stacy Johnson. “It is a very common practice for a company to add this position once it reaches a certain size, and we are thrilled to have Stephanie joining our team.”

Prior to Auburn Mechanical, Stephanie was the controller at an underground-power cable-rejuvenation company since its founding in 2003.

“My philosophy as CFO is to be the champion of responsible, profitable growth while recognizing that people are the driving force behind a company’s success,” said Stephanie.
