UW Bothell – Parking Garage

The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College’s new 175,000-square-foot, five-level parking garage will provide 600 new parking stalls on the Bothell campus. The plumbing scope includes a sand/oil interceptor, above- and below-grade drain piping, and sump pumps. The HVAC scope includes three mini split AC units, an exhaust fan, and fire dampers. Auburn was the progressive design-build contractor.
