Seattle Municipal Tower Chiller Replacement

Full-mechanical contracting services are being provided for the Seattle Municipal Tower (SMT) Chiller Replacement project. The project includes replacing and installing 4,000 tons of water-cooled chillers, as well as the complete replacement of the central plant for the 62-story tower. The project involves crane picks from a condensed, downtown street to the new central plant via access atop of the building’s parking garage. Auburn is 3D detailing and fabricating all mechanical equipment and components for the complete central plant replacement.
