Third and Lenora

About the project

Located in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, the Third and Lenora Tower is a 36-story mixed-use development designed to seamlessly integrate residential, office, and retail spaces in a modern, high-rise environment. Spanning 552,753 square feet, the tower features 364 residential units, five levels of underground parking, and vibrant commercial spaces, creating a dynamic “live-work-play” destination.

Auburn Mechanical played a key role in this large-scale project, introducing innovative mechanical solutions, including:
✔ Installation of piping supported by a complex rebar ladder system, a first for Auburn
✔ Implementation of a new quality control program to document installed underground/underslab piping systems

With its strategic location and cutting-edge construction techniques, Third and Lenora represents a milestone in urban development, and Auburn is proud to contribute to its success.
