REI Spring District Corporate Headquarters

Auburn Mechanical served as the plumbing contractor for over 500,000 square feet of office space at REI’s new multi-building headquarters in The Spring District. Our scope of work encompasses the shell and core, a two-level garage, and conference space. The project incorporates green features, aims for LEED certification, and prioritizes energy efficiency.
