Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2014, Josh Lee has been instrumental in developing accurate and competitive estimates for plumbing and HVAC projects. With a background in project management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes to every estimate.

Promoted to Estimating Manager, Josh now leads the estimating team, overseeing project pricing strategies and ensuring precision in material and labor takeoffs. He collaborates closely with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining Auburn Mechanical’s high standards for quality and innovation. His analytical approach and commitment to budget accuracy help drive successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University. His expertise and leadership continue to strengthen Auburn Mechanical’s ability to deliver well-planned, cost-effective mechanical solutions.
