Kevin Hayes

With nearly three decades of experience in the mechanical service industry, Kevin Hayes brings a wealth of expertise in refrigeration, HVAC service, and client relationship management. Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2017, he has been instrumental in developing and maintaining strong client partnerships while driving service growth and project success.

As Service Sales Manager, Kevin leads a team of service professionals focused on securing and managing preventive maintenance agreements and service projects. His extensive hands-on background as a technician and service account manager enables him to provide practical, solutions-oriented guidance to clients while ensuring project efficiency and quality.

Kevin holds a 06a/07 Electrical Administrator’s License and a Universal EPA Certification. He completed the UA Local 32 apprenticeship and received additional training in light commercial and domestic refrigeration at Renton Technical College. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a valuable leader in Auburn Mechanical’s service division.
