Auburn Mechanical served as the progressive design-build contractor for the 175,000 square foot, five-level parking garage at Cascadia College and the University of Washington Bothell. The facility provides 600 new parking stalls, improving campus accessibility and accommodating future growth.
Auburn’s mechanical and plumbing scope included:
Sand/oil interceptor to manage stormwater runoff
Above- and below-grade drain piping for efficient water management
Sump pumps to prevent flooding and maintain drainage
HVAC system installation, including three mini-split AC units, an exhaust fan, and fire dampers for ventilation and safety
