Yesler Terrace Hoa Mai

Auburn Mechanical served as the design-build, full-mechanical contractor for Hoa Mai Gardens, a 111-unit mixed-income housing community in Seattle’s Yesler Terrace neighborhood. Developed for the Seattle Housing Authority, this project integrates sustainable building solutions to enhance efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Key mechanical features include:

• A rainwater harvesting system that supplies water for toilets, reducing potable water use
• Solar-powered boilers to support energy-efficient hot water heating
• Comprehensive HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems designed for long-term sustainability
