Walton Lofts

Auburn Mechanical provided design-build mechanical services for Walton Lofts, a 12-story, 156,000 square foot residential building in Seattle. This Green Globe-certified project features 136 loft-style apartments, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, designed for modern urban living.

Constructed with post-tensioned concrete, Walton Lofts includes three floors of underground parking and incorporates sustainable mechanical systems to enhance energy efficiency. Auburn worked closely with architects and design consultants throughout the process, ensuring seamless HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical system integration to support the building’s long-term performance and sustainability goals.
