About the project

Auburn Mechanical is providing design-build mechanical and plumbing services for the University of Washington Bothell’s Husky Village Redevelopment, a transformative project adding nearly 304,000 square feet of new residential and dining space to the campus. The development features three five-over-two wood and concrete residential housing buildings and a two-story dining hall, constructed with mass timber and cross-laminated timber (CLT) to promote sustainability and modern design. Auburn’s expertise ensures the seamless integration of high-efficiency HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, creating a comfortable and energy-efficient living and dining experience for students.
