University of Puget Sound Regester Hall

This design-build tenant improvement project involved providing Plumbing and HVAC systems to support the addition of new accessible restrooms on four floors of a dormitory building, as well as a new laundry room.

The project presented unique challenges due to the age of the building, with no existing as-built documentation available. Our team carefully navigated the constraints of the structure, including tight ceiling heights, to coordinate and install efficient mechanical and plumbing systems. Through strategic planning and close collaboration with the project team, we successfully delivered modern, accessible facilities while ensuring seamless integration with the existing building infrastructure.
