Seattle Genetics Buildings 5 – 6

Auburn Mechanical served as the design-build contractor for Seattle Genetics, delivering FDA-validated cGMP mechanical systems to support a new laboratory build-out. The project included the installation of a RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionized) water plant and distribution loop, as well as a clean steam and piping distribution system, ensuring compliance with strict regulatory and operational standards. Auburn’s expertise in high-purity mechanical systems helped create a state-of-the-art research and manufacturing environment for Seattle Genetics.
