Seattle Children’s Theatre Public Space Upgrades

This project involved Plumbing, Mechanical, and HVAC improvements for the tenant improvement and plan/spec renovations at the Seattle Children’s Theatre. Our team assisted with the upgrades to public areas, including the installation of family rooms, mother’s rooms, and a new conference room.

Given the critical timeline requirements, we worked closely with the general contractor to execute the project on a compressed schedule, ensuring that all work was completed efficiently to meet the owner’s deadline. Our scope included the installation and integration of mechanical and plumbing systems to support the updated spaces, enhancing comfort and functionality for theatre visitors and staff.
