Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences Home of the Upper School

Currently under construction, the Home of the Upper School (HoUS) is a five-story, 114,000-square-foot facility designed to support the evolving needs of Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences (SAAS) students in grades 9-12. This cutting-edge educational space will feature classrooms, learning and support areas, administrative offices, an innovation lab, shop space, and video/sound studios. Additionally, HoUS will provide community-focused spaces, including common areas, a server, and an outdoor gathering space, fostering collaboration and creativity. Auburn Mechanical is proud to contribute high-performance mechanical systems to this transformative project, ensuring efficiency, comfort, and sustainability for future generations of SAAS students.
