Auburn Mechanical served as the design-build mechanical contractor for RMR Group’s development of 351, 401, and 501 Elliott, a premier 300,000-square-foot LEED-certified Class A office and life science lab campus. This state-of-the-art facility features customizable floor plates ranging from 21,000 to 27,500 square feet, providing flexible space solutions for research and innovation. The project also includes 200,000 square feet of dedicated laboratory space, with 14-foot floor-to-floor heights to accommodate advanced life science operations. Auburn Mechanical’s expertise in high-performance mechanical systems played a key role in delivering a sustainable, efficient, and cutting-edge research environment.
