Auburn Mechanical played a critical role in the renovation of the RedWest Campus, a large-scale project encompassing five office buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet and a stand-alone café building.

Key project highlights included:

• Central plant upgrades, including cooling tower replacements
• Installation of 20 new custom chilled water air handling units (AHUs) to enhance climate control and energy efficiency
• Full district-wide controls upgrade, modernizing building automation for optimal performance
• Construction in occupied buildings, requiring a weekly “floor quadrant” turnover and commissioning schedule to ensure minimal disruption
