Auburn Mechanical provided design-build, full mechanical services for a five-floor tenant improvement. A key challenge of the project was working around an existing and operational battery room that supports an emergency call center, requiring redundant cooling at all times to ensure uninterrupted operations. Auburn carefully coordinated all construction activities to maintain cooling, including the provision of temporary cooling systems while replacing the primary cooling equipment. This project showcased Auburn’s ability to execute complex mechanical upgrades while preserving critical infrastructure reliability.
