LCM Joel Pritchard Building Rehabilitation & Expansion

Auburn is the lead mechanical contractor for the LCM Pritchard Rehabilitation and Expansion. The project includes renovating 22,000 square feet of the existing Pritchard building into public assembly spaces, a new café, and mechanical areas, along with a 55,000 square foot addition for House of Representatives offices. Key highlights include Net Zero and LEED Silver goals, while preserving historical artwork and features within the building.
