Auburn Mechanical is providing full mechanical services for the phased renovation of Jefferson Terrace, an occupied low-income housing community with 304 residential units, residential amenities, and office spaces. The project also includes upgrades to the two-floor mechanical room on Levels 4 and 5.
Auburn’s scope includes a complete domestic water re-pipe for all residential units, as well as upgrades to the sanitary and hydronic systems. Additional work includes:
New domestic and hydronic piping mains on the roof and mechanical room
Residential exhaust fans in each unit to improve air quality
Two energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) serving common corridors
Two ERVs and a VRF system dedicated to new Level 6 amenities and office spaces
By implementing modern mechanical solutions, Auburn is enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term sustainability for Jefferson Terrace residents and staff.
