Gately Ryan MOB is an existing two-story office building previously utilized by the aviation industry. The first floor, approximately 26,125 square feet, is being converted to a “Type-B” occupancy medical facility while the second floor is slated for future development. Auburn provided design-build services including full plumbing and HVAC.
