About the project

Auburn Mechanical played a critical role in the renovation of the Hybrid Operating Room at Good Samaritan Hospital, delivering specialized mechanical upgrades to support advanced surgical capabilities. The project included the removal and replacement of an existing rooftop air handling unit (AHU) and chillers, ensuring precise climate control for the operating environment.

Auburn’s scope of work also encompassed:

  • Installation of a new medical gas system to support upgraded equipment rooms
  • Replacement of waste and vent piping, including primers, cleanouts, and valves
  • Fabrication and installation of new ductwork, grilles, registers, ducts, vents, and fittings

 

By implementing high-performance mechanical systems, Auburn helped create a state-of-the-art surgical environment, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with hospital-grade safety standards.
