The project included the removal and replacement of an existing rooftop air handling unit (AHU) and chillers, ensuring precise climate control for the operating environment.
Auburn’s scope of work also encompassed:
Installation of a new medical gas system to support upgraded equipment rooms
Replacement of waste and vent piping, including primers, cleanouts, and valves
Fabrication and installation of new ductwork, grilles, registers, ducts, vents, and fittings
