Federal Way Public Schools Star Lake Elementary and Evergreen Middle School

Auburn Mechanical served as the full mechanical contractor for this MC/CM (Mechanical Contractor/Construction Manager) project, supporting the development of Star Lake Elementary and Evergreen Middle School on a shared campus. The project featured a 4-pipe active chilled beam system, providing highly efficient heating and cooling to enhance indoor air quality and comfort. By placing two schools on the same property, Federal Way Public Schools optimized space utilization and improved energy efficiency, reducing operational costs while creating a modern, sustainable learning environment.
