Bertschi School

The Bertschi School project is approximately a 20,000 square foot development located at 2227 10th Avenue East, Seattle, WA 98102. The project includes demolition of the existing schoolhouse and construction of new schoolhouse with the associated site improvements and street improvements, as well as minor renovation of existing church building.

The Bertschi School project will seek to receive SEAM (Social Equity Assessment Method) Certification ™. SEAM Certification is a globally recognized standard that promotes social equity and sustainability in the built environment. It ensures that commercial real estate projects meet rigorous social responsibility, community engagement, and ethical sourcing requirements. Achieving SEAM Certification demonstrates a commitment to creating positive social impacts while maintaining high-quality standards in construction and operations.
