Liane Myers

Bringing over 25 years of HR leadership experience, Liane Myers joined Auburn Mechanical in 2024 as Director of Human Resources. With a passion forfostering employee engagement and optimizing HR strategies, she plays a key role in shaping Auburn Mechanical’s workplace culture and organizational development.

In her role, Liane is responsible for delivering core HR services, developing strategic initiatives that enhance performance, and implementing policies that support Auburn Mechanical’s commitment to its employees. Her expertise spans employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and workforce development.

Liane holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from the University of Puget Sound and has been a certified HR professional since 2003. She holds both the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) designations. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in HR ethics, business operations alignment, and finance for non-financial managers.
