Justin Pritchett

Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2017, Justin Pritchett has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s success. Initially serving as Construction Division Manager and later as Director of Construction, Justin applied his extensive industry expertise to provide strategic oversight and drive operational excellence.

Promoted to Executive Vice President in 2024, Justin now focuses on refining Auburn Mechanical’s project delivery model to elevate the customer experience. He is dedicated to translating the company’s strategic goals into actionable outcomes, fostering engagement among key stakeholders, and maintaining efficiency across operations. Justin is equally committed to nurturing a workplace culture where employees feel valued, inspired, and empowered to excel.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Central Washington University and brings over a decade of experience in design-build and design-assist projects, including some of the region’s most ambitious and technically complex undertakings. He is an active member of the Design-Build Institute of America and the Mechanical Contractors of America – Western Washington chapter.
