About Jeanne McCartney

Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2013, Jeanne McCartney has been a driving force in the growth and efficiency of the Service Division. With over 15 years of experience in mechanical service operations and client relationship management, she brings a strategic approach to optimizing service delivery and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Promoted to Service Operations Manager in 2015, Jeanne oversees the division’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination between service teams and clients. She manages service coordinators, directs workforce planning, and upholds Auburn Mechanical’s high standards in service execution. Her leadership in employee development, process improvement, and client- focused solutions has been instrumental in strengthening Auburn’s reputation in the industry.

Prior to Auburn Mechanical, Jeanne spent six years at McKinstry, where she held key roles in customer service management and account development. She has completed numerous professional development programs with MCAWW and currently serves as President of MCAWW Speech Network. Her expertise in service operations, leadership, and relationship management continues to drive innovation and excellence within Auburn Mechanical’s service team.
