Greg Shahan

Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2009, Greg Shahan has been a key leader in optimizing procurement operations. With over two decades of experience in materials purchasing, warehouse management, and logistics, he plays a vital role in ensuring seamless material procurement and delivery for Auburn Mechanical’s projects.

As Warehouse Manager, Greg oversees material procurement, vendor negotiations, and rebate programs while managing a team responsible for dispatching deliveries and maintaining strong supplier relationships. His expertise in supply chain strategy ensures that Auburn Mechanical’s projects remain efficient, cost-effective, and on schedule.

Greg’s industry experience includes roles in warehouse management and special materials purchasing, giving him a deep understanding of the logistics behind mechanical contracting. He is proficient in Vista and Stratus software and holds certifications in forklift operation. Additionally, he actively participates in industry organizations as a contractor representative for Local 32 and Local 26 and a member of the MCA.
