With over a decade of industry experience, Chris leads Auburn Mechanical’s preconstruction group, guiding projects from initial pursuit through construction drawings. His expertise in cost control, risk management, and overseeing internal assessments to ensure constructability and logistical efficiency ensures a seamless transition from concept to execution.

Chris began his career at Auburn as a Project Estimator, steadily advancing through roles that honed his skills in detailed estimating, material and labor takeoffs, and vendor coordination. He plays a critical role in laying the project foundation—managing risks, managing target value, identifying design gaps, providing value engineering alternatives, and strategically procuring mechanical and plumbing equipment to optimize project outcomes.

By bridging the gap between design intent and field execution, Chris delivers valuable insight throughout the project lifecycle. He collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cost-effective, high-performing solutions.
