Aleks Kazadayev

Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2014, Aleks Kazadayev has gained extensive experience across multiple divisions, including Special Projects, Major Projects, Detailing, and Prefabrication. His deep operational knowledge of mechanical contracting, combined with his engineering background, has made him a key leader in optimizing labor strategies and project execution.

Promoted to Director of Labor in 2023, Aleks now oversees all signatory labor at Auburn Mechanical, ensuring efficient workforce allocation, process improvements, and seamless coordination across teams. His expertise in mechanical systems and project management enables Auburn to deliver high- quality, innovative solutions while maintaining a strong focus on workforce development and safety.

Aleks holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a certified Engineer-in-Training (EIT). He has completed MCAWW’s CMPM-1 and CMPM-2 programs, as well as the MCL-IC certification. He remains actively engaged in industry organizations, including MCAWW and SMACNA, further reinforcing his commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
