Strong Field Leadership
Inefficiencies in construction are not only caused by errors—but also by going back to complete work in an area that wasn’t ready for a trade. To prevent rework, our field leadership conducts a pre-installation job walk checklist to make sure each area is fully ready for installation.
During the installation process, daily production is monitored through Bluebeam tools and technology. Each milestone has a checklist that is completed, with a foreman physically walking the site to verify and document installation, testing, rough-in, and finishes.
Outstanding Safety Record
Auburn’s zero-injury safety culture is rooted in the philosophy that all accidents and injuries are preventable. Our program includes training for all new employees, jobsite-specific safety programs, toolbox meetings, daily pre-task planning, and regular safety audits. We are proud of our strong safety record which has been recognized by SMACNA and MCAWW with Safety Excellence Awards.

A smooth closeout process and transition to owner occupancy is a key factor in how a project’s success is measured. Our dedicated staff remain on-hand to address operational training and occupant comfort. Auburn’s Service Division is ready to support building needs for years to come.
