Jefferson Terrace

About the project

Auburn Mechanical is providing full mechanical services for the phased renovation of Jefferson Terrace, an occupied low-income housing community with 304 residential units, residential amenities, and office spaces. The project also includes upgrades to the two-floor mechanical room on Levels 4 and 5.

Auburn’s scope includes a complete domestic water re-pipe for all residential units, as well as upgrades to the sanitary and hydronic systems. Additional work includes:

  • New domestic and hydronic piping mains on the roof and mechanical room
  • Residential exhaust fans in each unit to improve air quality
  • Two energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) serving common corridors
  • Two ERVs and a VRF system dedicated to new Level 6 amenities and office spaces

 

By implementing modern mechanical solutions, Auburn is enhancing energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term sustainability for Jefferson Terrace residents and staff.
