Auburn Mechanical served as the full mechanical contractor for the Memorial Field Renovation, a MC/CM (Mechanical Contractor/Construction Manager) project designed to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. The project featured a 4-pipe active chilled beam system, providing advanced heating and cooling for optimal indoor comfort and efficiency. As part of a larger initiative, Federal Way Public Schools is co-locating two schools on the same property, maximizing space utilization while reducing overall energy consumption.
