UW Tacoma Milgard Hall

Auburn Mechanical served as the design-build mechanical contractor for Milgard Hall, a 55,000 square foot academic building at the University of Washington Tacoma. Designed to foster interdisciplinary collaboration, Milgard Hall brings engineering and business students together under one roof, promoting innovation and hands-on learning. The facility features state-of-the-art classrooms, engineering labs, and collaborative faculty and student spaces, all supported by Auburn’s high-performance mechanical systems to ensure efficiency, comfort, and sustainability.
