F5 Tower

Auburn Mechanical played a key role in one of the largest and most complex projects in its portfolio—the F5 Tower, a 45-story steel-frame skyscraper in the heart of downtown Seattle. The high-rise features eight levels of below-grade parking, with Levels 1-16 housing a five-star luxury hotel, while the upper 28 floors provide Class-A office space designed for premier business environments. Auburn’s multi-project scope within the 800 block of 5th Avenue required advanced mechanical expertise, precision coordination, and innovative system integration to support the tower’s luxury, commercial, and operational demands.
