Auburn Mechanical successfully completed full mechanical renovations for the Confidential Client’s three-building Pebble Beach campus, totaling 338,000 square feet, in just six months.

Key project highlights included:

• Installation of chilled water rooftop AHUs with VAV and electric reheat, optimizing climate control and efficiency
• Chilled water fan coils for IT and 24/7 critical loads, ensuring continuous system reliability
• Complete replacement of the hydronic piping system, enhancing performance and long-term sustainability
