UW Anderson Hall

About the project

Auburn Mechanical is proud to contribute to the renovation of Anderson Hall, a historic 1925 building on the University of Washington campus. Last renovated in 1971, this project is designed to extend the life of the landmark structure while modernizing its systems for future sustainability. Auburn’s scope includes adding ventilation throughout the building, upgrading the heating system to be “connection ready” for the University’s future hot water central utility plant, and implementing accessibility upgrades to enhance usability for all occupants. This renovation blends historic preservation with modern efficiency, ensuring Anderson Hall remains a vital part of the UW campus for generations to come.
