This 484,000 square foot high-rise features premium office spaces, 6,500 square feet of street-level retail, and eight stories of underground parking, offering a seamless blend of functionality and modern design.

Collaborating with Stantec and the City of Bellevue, Auburn provided high-performance mechanical solutions to support the building’s energy efficiency, tenant comfort, and long-term sustainability. Four106 represents the next generation of workplace environments, combining innovation, accessibility, and premium amenities.
