Westland Distillery

Auburn Mechanical served as the owner-direct mechanical contractor for the Westland Distillery Process Cooling System Retrofit. The distillery previously used domestic water to cool the distilling process, which was not economically or environmentally sustainable. By installing a dual system cooling tower/chiller, they are saving 13,000 gallons of water per day and have increased efficiency by approximately 80%.
