Old Stove Brewery

About the project

Overlooking Puget Sound, Old Stove Brewery blends craft brewing with Seattle’s revitalized waterfront, offering a unique gathering space for locals and visitors alike. Auburn Mechanical played a key role in the mechanical system installation, overcoming complex coordination challenges to integrate critical infrastructure seamlessly into the historic surroundings.

Key project highlights included:

  • Installation of a steam line, requiring collaboration with Pike Place PDA, SDOT, Historic Seattle Preservation Foundation, and Enwave (formerly Seattle Steam)
  • Navigating an art installation along Western Avenue, ensuring careful planning and execution to preserve the public space
  • Seamless integration of mechanical systems within a historic and high-traffic area

Auburn’s expertise in urban mechanical installations and historic preservation helped bring this waterfront brewery to life, combining tradition, craftsmanship, and modern efficiency.
