As Director of Innovation, Will leads Auburn Mechanical’s strategic efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity through technology. He evaluates market trends, identifies business opportunities, and implements forward-thinking solutions that align with the company’s long-term vision. His expertise spans virtual design and construction (VDC), business intelligence, and IT infrastructure, ensuring Auburn Mechanical remains at the forefront of the industry.

Will holds a technical associate’s degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from High-Tech Institute and has earned multiple certifications, including Procore Administrator, Procore Project Manager, and Viewpoint Vista Administrator. He actively engages in industry education through MCAWW and Autodesk University, reinforcing his commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
