About Christine Hadman

Since joining Auburn Mechanical in 2001, Christine Hadman has been a driving force behind the company’s operational efficiency and successful project delivery. With over two decades of industry experience, she has led some of Auburn Mechanical’s most complex and large-scale projects, including the monumental Seattle Convention Center—the largest project in the company’s history.

Promoted to Director of Construction in 2024, Christine now focuses on optimizing project execution to enhance client satisfaction. She oversees project teams, refines processes, and ensures strategic resource allocation. Her expertise in value engineering and project performance management enables Auburn Mechanical to consistently deliver innovative, high-quality mechanical solutions.

Christine holds an Associate of Arts degree from the University of Phoenix and has completed the MCA CMPM 1 and 2 certifications. She is currently the 2025 CREW Seattle President, served on the CREW Network scholarship selection committee, participates in ANEW mock interview training and Women in Mechanical Industry (WIMI), demonstrating her commitment to leadership and industry advancement.
