2018 Employees of the Year

2018 Employees of the Year

Years ago, we established an award system to acknowledge individuals that exemplify Auburn’s culture. Each year we recognize one recipient from the office, one from the field, and one rookie of the year. For 2018, we are proud to announce that David Halseth, Brett Kilekas, and Mark Templeton are our 2018 winners.

David Halseth, Project Manager, Employee of the Year – Office
During the past year, David has managed four major projects. These projects are all at unique stages of the construction cycle which has given David the opportunity to grow his skill set in preconstruction and project management. David is a strong supporter of his co-workers and the company, being involved in campus recruiting and by chairing the Project Engineer Committee

Brett Kilekas, Foreman, Employee of the Year – Field
Brett uses precise drawings, his even demeanor, and a sheer amount of knowledge to make projects successful. He is not only a skilled sheet metal worker but a person to imitate because of his character. His professionalism in the way he conducts himself daily is unmatched, and he is a mentor to everyone in our company.

Mark Templeton, Project Manager, Rookie of the Year
Mark has been prominent in managing projects for Auburn’s Special Projects Division. He is exceptional because of his hard work, focus to details, and willingness to help the Auburn team in any way he can.
