Westland Distillery Retrofit

Auburn was the owner-direct mechanical contractor on the Westland Distillery, Process Cooling System Retrofit. Westland was using domestic water to cool the distilling process, which was not economically or environmentally viable. By installing a dual system cooling tower/chiller, they are saving 13,000 gallons of water per day and increased the efficiency by about 80% (compared to a chiller alone).
